G-10 is a high-pressure fiberglass laminate, a type of composite material. It is created by stacking multiple layers of glass cloth, soaking in epoxy resin, and compressing the resulting material under heat until the epoxy cures.
Our G10 tools are intended to be point-driven, meaning they are not meant for cutting. An edge will not hold after several passes. Any edge on our tool is at the tip and incidental, due to freehand grinding. Users are encouraged to make the tool their own by modifying it, however the user accepts the risk of compromising the structural integrity of the tool by changing the geometry.
