Thank you for choosing Black Triangle. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, please review our return policy below:

  1. Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days from the receipt.
  2. Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee is calculated based on the original purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
  3. Exceptions: Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to additional restocking fees. These items include but are not limited to: Items marked as final sale. Customized or personalized items. Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling. Gift cards are final sale.
Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period.
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you the status of your return. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment, minus the applicable restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. Please contact us for further assistance with our lifetime guarantee, in the event something caustic happens with your g10 knife.

G10 is Non-Metallic due to materials it is composed of. For reference, G10 is a high-pressure fiberglass laminate, a type of composite material. It is created by stacking multiple layers of glass cloth, soaking in epoxy resin, and compressing the resulting material under heat until the epoxy cures.
Our G10 tools are intended to be point-driven, meaning they are not meant for cutting. An edge will not hold after several passes. Any edge on our tool is at the tip and incidental. Users are encouraged to make the tool their own by modifying it, however the user accepts the risk of compromising the structural integrity of the tool by changing the geometry. Black Triangle G10 is backed by a lifetime guarantee. If something caustic happens to your product, contact us and via email or by using the chat feature on the website. We do not guarantee items that have been damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling nor can we cover lost goods.
Our tools are completely non-metallic. HOWEVER, we do not advocate nor recommend breaking any laws. Our blog is ofen informative regarding security as well as our Youtube channel.

If we have your size available, we would be happy to exchange your rash guard or jeans for another size. We will accept returns on jeans or rash guards as long as they have not been worn other than to try on the garment. Please click here to start. 
If your Black Triangle G10 tool or sheath is broken or damaged, we will fix it or replace it. Please contact customer support here.
There is often confusion with fulfilment of an order vs shipment ETA. Your selected shipment method only ensures the estimated duration the carrier takes with your package from us to your mailbox. We generally try to fulfill orders based on the lead time specified with the product type. Typically, this averages 3-10 business days for G10 items and up to 4 weeks for Thermoplastics. As a small business, we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding with our current lead times. Shirts are shipped directly from our screen printers and will be fulfilled separately from all other items.

Because our shirts and sweatshirts are made to order we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If your product is defective when you receive it, please take photos as we will need them for reprinting options. We will also potentially need your shirt back, so wait before you toss it.
